To see the best that the line has to offer you have to go as far as Saint-André-les-Alpes.
Here you can see the best works of art and most impressive viaducts and climb the steepest slopes. You pass the highest point on the line (1,022 metres!) and reach the village after running alongside the green waters of the River Verdon. On the way you can admire the most beautiful villages on the line.
And there's a gourmet surprise from Dany who, on request, will allow you to taste of his delicious local saucissons on board the train.
