The La Mure Railway is a little red train linking Saint-Georges-de-Commiers near to Grenoble and La Mure, an ancient miner town located on Matheysin Plateau. During 30 km on a spectacular way between the Vercors and Oisans, it climbs up 560 meters of undulating hillside at a speed of 30 km per hour. You will then discover an exceptional panorama, of which 2 of the 7 wonders of the Dauphiné : the Aiguille Mountain and The Pierced Rock.
Forged with the sound of cannons sometimes, this centenary architectural chef-d'oeuvre does not forget children : the Mysterious Tunnel, the new attraction of La Mure Railway, will drive children and adults in the magic world of the mine.
